AI dashboards, automations and websites for manufacturing and engineering firms.
Machine shops, fabricators, toolmakers, small OEMs and the sub-contract engineers who keep bigger firms supplied. The work is precise. The admin wrapped around it is what slows the quotes and eats the evenings, and that is the part we fix.
Working with manufacturers and engineers
Good parts out of the door, and a quote that took three days.
Most small manufacturers in the UK are five to fifty people: a machine shop, a fabricator, a toolmaker or a sub-contract engineer with a handful of machines, a few long-standing customers and one or two people who carry the whole order book in their heads. The work is precise and well made. The paperwork around it is anything but, and most of it gets done after the last machine has been switched off.
The leaks are much the same on every shop floor. An RFQ lands on Monday and gets answered on Thursday, because the only person who can price it is also setting a job. Quotes are built from scratch in a spreadsheet when the last three similar jobs would have given you the answer. Purchase orders and delivery dates live in someone's memory, job cards travel round the shop on paper, and the certificate of conformity is chased at dispatch while the driver waits by the roller door. A precision machining firm quoting for a tier-one customer and a sheet-metal fabricator with next week's orders on a whiteboard have the same problem: the people who know the work are also the only people doing the admin.
We fix that with three things, built around how your shop already runs. A dashboard that shows every enquiry, quote, order, job and delivery date on one screen, with the late ones at the top, in the office and on a phone by the machine. Automations that acknowledge every RFQ within minutes, draft a quote from your past jobs and material prices for you to check, confirm delivery dates to customers, chase overdue purchase orders with your suppliers, and put a WIP report in your inbox every Monday morning. And a website that sets out your capabilities, tolerances and approvals clearly enough that the right buyers get in touch. The AI drafts, you approve. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not seen.
It starts with a Discovery Day on site: a working day with you on the shop floor and in the office, following an order from enquiry to invoice and watching where it slows down. Within three working days you get a plain-English report of what we would fix first, each item with a fixed price and no obligation to build any of it.
What we build for manufacturing and engineering
Three tools, shaped around how you actually work.
Dashboards
Every order, RFQ to dispatch.
Which quotes are out, which jobs are on which machine, what is due when and what is already late. One screen for the office and one glance on the shop floor.

Websites
Show buyers what you can actually make.
A site that sets out your capabilities, materials, tolerances and approvals plainly, so engineering buyers can qualify you quickly, with every RFQ landing straight in your pipeline.
More about websites
Spend the evenings on the business, not the paperwork.
Tell us how orders come in and we will tell you honestly whether a Discovery Day makes sense. If it does, we come to your shop floor.
