AI dashboards, automations and websites for retail and e-commerce businesses.
Independent shops, small online sellers and the businesses that do both. Choosing and selling the stock is the job. The order updates, stock counts and customer messages wrapped around it are what eat the evenings, and that is the part we fix.
Working with independent retailers and online sellers
Good stock, loyal customers, and three systems that never agree.
Most independent retailers in the UK are an owner, one or two staff and a stockroom that doubles as an office. Sales come through the till, a website, a marketplace or two and Instagram, and each one keeps its own version of the truth. The owner buys the stock, serves the customers, packs the parcels and does the books, often on the same afternoon, and the website gets looked at when there is a spare evening.
The leaks are the same in every shop. Stock levels in the till, the website and a spreadsheet never agree, so something sells online an hour after it sold in store. Customer questions arrive by email, Instagram DM and marketplace message, and the ones that get answered are the ones somebody happened to see. Order updates are typed out by hand. Click-and-collect is chased by phone. Returns are handled however the day allows, and nobody notices a bestseller running low until it has gone. A bike shop selling online and in store and a homeware brand shipping from a lock-up have the same problem: the person choosing the stock is also the only person answering the messages.
We fix that with three things, built around how your business already runs. A dashboard that shows sales, stock, orders and open customer questions from every channel on one screen, on your phone. Automations that send order and dispatch messages the moment something changes, warn you when stock runs low and draft the reorder, sort incoming customer questions and draft replies for you to approve, nudge people who left a basket or asked to hear when something is back in stock, ask for a review once the parcel has landed, and send you a weekly sales and margin report. AI drafts the words, you approve them. And a website that actually sells: fast, found on Google for what you stock, and joined up with the shop floor so the two never disagree again.
It starts with a Discovery Day on site: a working day alongside you, on the shop floor and at the packing bench, watching how orders and questions arrive and where they slip. Within three working days you get a plain-English report of what we would fix first, each item with a fixed price and no obligation to build any of it.
What we build for retail and e-commerce
Three tools, shaped around how you actually work.
Dashboards
Every sale, every channel, one stock figure.
What sold today in store and online, what is low and needs reordering, which orders are waiting to be packed or collected, and which customer questions nobody has answered yet. Works at the till as well as in the stockroom.

Automations
The back office does itself.
Order and dispatch messages, low-stock and reorder alerts, customer questions sorted with replies drafted for you, abandoned-basket and back-in-stock nudges, review requests, and a weekly sales and margin report in your inbox.

Websites
Get found, look credible, sell more.
A shop site built around your range and your real products, fast enough to keep people browsing, with the search basics done properly so people find what you stock, and every order and question flowing into one place.
More about websites
Spend your evenings on the range, not the returns.
Tell us how orders and customer questions come in and we will tell you honestly whether a Discovery Day makes sense. If it does, we come to you.
