What we build · Automations

The admin does itself.

Follow-ups, reminders, quotes, summaries and reports that happen automatically, every time, with AI drafting the words where it helps and you approving anything that matters. One to three days per automation, each at a fixed price.

Automation Sprint

Automations

The admin does itself, and nothing gets forgotten.

The jobs that slip are rarely the big ones. It could be the follow-up you meant to send, the invoice you forgot to chase, the review you never asked for. We wire those up to happen automatically, with AI drafting the words where it helps, reliably, every time. Same team, more output, calmer evenings.

How a sprint runs

Pick the leak, plug it, watch it hold.

  1. Day 0

    Pick the leak

From your Discovery Day report we choose the one or two automations that will save the most hours or win back the most work. Usually that is replying to new enquiries instantly and chasing invoices without anyone remembering to.

  2. Half a day

Map the trigger and the rule

What starts it (a new enquiry, an invoice unpaid at fourteen days, a job marked complete), what happens next, what the message says, and exactly where a person checks before anything is sent.

  3. One to three days

Build and test on real cases

We connect it to your inbox, phone system, calendar or accounts, run it against real recent examples, and tune the wording with you until it sounds like you on a good day.

  4. The first fortnight

    Switch on, watch, refine

It goes live with monitoring, and you can see every message it sends. We adjust tone and timing as the first real cases come through, then it simply runs.

What you get

Reliable, in your voice, with a person where it counts.

Nothing forgotten

The follow-up, the reminder, the review request and the weekly report happen whether or not anyone had a busy Friday.

Your voice, not a robot's

AI drafts from your own past messages and approved wording, so customers hear from you, just faster and more consistently.

A human in the loop

Quotes, anything involving money and anything to a new customer wait for a one-tap approval. Routine reminders run themselves.

Every message logged

You can see what went to whom and when, from your dashboard or a simple log. Nothing happens behind your back.

Questions we hear a lot

Fair questions, straight answers.

Will customers know it is automated?

Only if you want them to. Messages go out in your name and your tone, drafted by AI from your own past emails and approved wording. Most customers simply notice that you reply quickly and never forget to follow up. Where a message is time-sensitive or delicate, we build in a human check before it sends.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything that could embarrass you is reviewed before it leaves: quotes, anything involving money, anything to a new customer. Routine reminders run automatically, but every message is logged so you can see exactly what went to whom. If the wording is off, we tune it with you in the first fortnight.

Which systems can you connect to?

Most of the ones small businesses actually use: Gmail and Outlook, WhatsApp Business, common phone systems, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, Google and Microsoft calendars, website forms, job-management apps and spreadsheets. If something is unusual we check before quoting.

How many automations do we need?

Fewer than you think. Most businesses start with one or two that save the most hours or win back the most work, usually instant enquiry replies and invoice reminders, then add more once they trust them. Each takes one to three days and has its own fixed price.

What does it cost to run?

A few pounds a month for the platform that runs them, plus AI usage that is usually pennies per message. Everything is in accounts you own, and we tell you the running cost before we build.

Which job would you most like to never do again?

Tell us, and we will tell you honestly whether it can be automated, how long it would take and what it would cost. It usually starts with a Discovery Day.
