Your inbox, website forms, spreadsheets, accounting package, calendar and job sheets. We connect what can be connected and design quick ways to capture what cannot, usually a ten-second form on a phone.

Build on a live preview
You get a preview link early and steer it: what shows first, which columns, which colours mean what. No big reveal at the end, just steady progress you can see.

Go live and hand over
Secure logins for the team, a plain-English walkthrough, and everything in accounts you own. Then a care plan if you want one, so it keeps improving.

Do we have to change the tools we already use?
Usually not. The dashboard sits on top of what you have: your inbox, your accounts package, your spreadsheets, your calendar. Where something genuinely cannot be connected, we design a simple way to capture it, often a form that takes ten seconds on a phone. Replacing tools is a last resort, not a starting point.
Where is our data held?
In accounts you own, on mainstream UK or EU-hosted infrastructure, with secure logins for each member of staff. Nothing is locked inside a platform of ours. You can export everything at any time, and if you ever stop working with us it all stays with you.
Can different staff see different things?
Yes. The owner sees money and the whole pipeline; the office sees jobs and enquiries; someone on site sees today's work and nothing else. We set up roles during the build and you can change them later.
What does it cost to run?
Very little. Most dashboards run on hosting that costs a few pounds a month, in your name. If a paid connector is needed for a particular system we tell you before we build, and it is your choice.
Can it grow with us?
That is the point of building it around your business rather than buying a package. New views, new sources and new automations can be added in days, each at a fixed price agreed first.
